I have the same issue.

And, actually Kitkalla "regressed" his dialog to the prior quest. He goes on about gathering the items in the same way he did prior to my completion of the prior quest. It's as though I lost the update immediately after I turned in the quest. I think the update actually isn't in my completed quests either.
