What I do know:
You'll be able to somehow sell a house deed.. not sure how it's being sold yet.
The house will transfer with EVERYTHING inside of it to the buyer. Everything becomes that person's property.
It's not much known yet but it's exciting! I hope they remember to disallow people with 20 houses already from purchasing.
