thankfully this thread has had a difference. From the Test Patch Notes for 8/8/2012: "ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT Fighter While in Recklessness, you will not be able to block any attacks unless you have a “will block all attacks” buff active."

this does not adress that it gives a larger boost to Crusaders than brawlers and Warriors tho.
