You can name all the names you like, there is a /petition process for that and it is your right to do so IN GAME, but directly naming people or specifically accusing people by name on the official forums is a violation to the forums terms of service. Do it in the game with the /petition function as it is intended and refrain from forum violations to call out people violating the eula. It's a hypocritical double negative. There is no need to "prove" your point by breaking the rules.
Blowing in ventrilo-mates is a low thing to do and only shows you as a disgruntaled member of something. For that matter, vent is a 3rd party program the same as ACT or Guild connect and Raid Hub... all techincal eula violations due to the unintended effect they have on the game. I think you need to use the official predetermined line if communication set up by SOE rather than breaking the rules wah wah wah'ing on the forums about people breaking the rules.
