It may take a little more time to roll out t10 tinkering and adorning, as I can't see those being overlooked as we migrate from t9 to t10.
Agreed, but they should at least put in the new tier of materials so that blowing up 90+ items will yield the t10 adorning mats. They could do that fairly easily without waiting until all the recipes where done.
