Honestly if they were going to do it, it would most likely only be on the very last day. Even then, to fit in with the theme, it wouldnt only be a sale, maybe half off, but not completely free. As a matter of note, unlimited free transfers has only happened once, at the first server merge about 5 years ago or so. The last offering was limited to 6 characters per account, so it wasnt exactly the same. And again, I foresee sales on character slots maybe, but transfer tokens are highly doubtful, if only because of the account requirements to use them. It would be pointless to make them free for a day and still have a large part of the population who cant even use them. Better to just reroll a character on another server, takes about 8 hours to get to level 90, another 2 days to max AAs, and the whole thing can be done in less than a week even for a casual player. The casual player of course being the one with 5 other accounts to box or friends on call for the duration, Recruit a Friend Mounts, all vet potions and bonus items.
Sorry but casual players rarely even play the focused 8 hours of grinding you claim to hit 90 much less the rest of this. I enjoyed the chuckle though so keep it coming. Of course if you want to post an exact how to manual for precisely how you leveled a toon from 1 - 90 in 8 hours on your own as a casual I am sure we would love to see it complete with documentation and I will bow to your uberness.
