Did you install the new launcher in a separate directory from your game? I am tyring the reinstall/repair but it acts like it wants to install the full game.
I AM ANGRY WITH SOE FOR THIS MESS OF A DRIVER AND FORCING IT ON US!!!!!

no in old folder all it TRIES to download is the new launchpad, using adobe installer 10.3 from soe.
