We need to get back to square one first. Were all of your separate installations to different folders or the same folder? The older patch methods and our current full download version LaunchPad 3 keeps all game files in the PAKS folder. I recommend moving that folder to another location temporarily. Delete the entire EQII folder, reinstall our full download LaunchPad then move the PAKS folder back in. Once thats all cleared up and you have a fresh LaunchPad installed with the PAKS folder intact, we'll see what we can do to get around any errors you encounter.
