After starting up the launcher, I get this pop up message thats says
"An error has occured in the script on this page"

"Query String is undefined"
The pop up message asks me whether I wish to continue running script on this page, I clicked yes, 2 more similar popup messages appears, after I clicked yes to all, the launcher seems to get stuck at the black screen and nothing happens.
I noticed this started happening after norton antivirus deleted a tracking cookie with the name :sonyeonlineentertainment
could this be the problem?
