ur right it was my fault but its also MY money....So they should hve issued a refund instead im going through my credit card to issue a charge back.
(edit) tho a lead tech got back to me and issued a refund as they should have done to start with, the org tech was mistaken by telling me I am out of luck. Good thing I am not your son they are going to grow up and get walked all over. Good job.
