The main thing I have seen is that they took away the hps/power and didn't compensate with increased stats. They should have just left the t8 and under alone. I'll get over it as I use those characters of mine as a distraction and not a main stay but others that do use their lower tier alts as a main source of game play lost a lot of hps and power.
How much HP/Power did each item provide before and after the change?
I'm pretty sure it was 300 hp/power which is less than what the STR/STA on them currently gives. The only thing that was lost on these is the small amount of avoidance and resistance from agility and wisdom respectivly.
