i'm having somewhat the same problem. i got hacked yesterday in the morning i got on found all my stuff was gone, all i had on my system was some browser cookies no trojans or anything. when i reported to them that i got hacked they suspended my acount even though i already had it back, i'm thinking hello?! do you really think the hacker is gonna report the account hacked..... anyway i gave the gave the gm the info he requested to prove it was me and have been waiting about 24 hours for a reply. i still cant play and the chat support wouldnt even answer me when i asked them if i'm going to be credited for the days i can't play or if i'm still being charged. i cant get into my subscriptions to cancel my account because i dont want to pay for a game i cant play...  sonys chat tsr wasnt even close to helpful or informative he just kept repeating himself... they really dont care it would appear. if they dont resolve this soon i'm just going to be finding a different game to play from a different company and they lose yet another customer...
