The character who got to keep Dillon looks to be no longer played and has only 1 Days 5 Hours 49 Minutes played versus Dillonx (my character) who has 11 Days 2 Hours 16 Minutes played. The other Dillon was created June 11, 2005 versus mine which was created August 6, 2005. They were on Befallen and I was on Faydark and I got x'd. So, long story, kinda short...I'm hoping that since this person doesn't seem to play anymore and I don't think there's another Dillon on Oasis, I can get that dang x removed and reclaim my name. 
The funny part is I'm actually trying to think of the SQL programming to do this and I know a couple ways but I think the question is whether or not that account is still active. If it is, then I doubt it. Also, Since they are using scripts, this would be related to the Befallen/Oasis names and nothing before, as that has been removed, just like befallen will be removed when this is complete. This would have to be a custom thing you would probably need to petition for.. This is my best guess.
