OK I got a question, Is this going to be a digital download I cant find anybody with a pre-order, and this is what I coppied from the article.

EverQuest II Destiny of Velious expansion pack must be activated on or before December 31, 2011

So when do we get to order it? My wallet is read just need to know where to pick it up from and when. The sooner the better.
