It could be worse. You could have a South Freeport house and when you step out on your balcony, you're in North Freeport. 
(again the decision was made to have the nicest possible vista, and North Freeport was chosen).
I'd be quite okay with the lesser view, since (1) that's what it should look like (and my house is at 5 Erollisi Lane) and (2) 2 and 4 Bayle Court have a higher cost and should get the better view. Plus you can always break out of the balcony and run around what I like to call not-South Qeynos and decorate that.

I understand why they only did one view for each city, especially since they're still working on Velious, but hopefully it's something that can eventually be added.
