we were instructed to operate in this way with hidden characters after downgrading, it was never an explot

I have followed these instructions without any fear of "exploiting" sony, because I was not
what people in this game seem to forget is station access is not for additional character slots, that's just am additional bonus, station access is a higher priced sub that gives you access to all of SOE's online games.
this nonsense about "Stealing" is just that
sliping this change in without even making mention of it in the notes is not helpful, we could have at least deleted toons or reordered them if this change was unavoidable
please add some solutions to this thread, the INI file edit was a good attempt, it however does not change the message you get from the server when you try to log in
