I have this problem, I run the launcher and after I click PLAY, nothing seems to happen.

However, if I reduce my windows account to basic user, the game starts normally when I press PLAY and when I give the account back the admin rights, it doesnt. Same with new user account, admin rights -> game doesnt work, basic user rights -> works. I am using windows Vista x64 on a laptop, I have never had the same problem with XP on my desktop.
