Here's the list:
The three Befallen instances out of Commonlands do scale.
The three Miragul instances out of Everfrost do scale.
The three Najena instances out of Lavastorm do scale.
- 3 out of Fens of Nathsar do not scale, and the three out of Moors do not scale. (None of those 6 ever did.)
