Greetings,

Has this been happening for a while or is it a fairly new occurrence?   Are you using a router with your network setup?  If so, please try bypassing it temporarily so that you are plugged directly into the modem.  Then try zoning again and see if you are experiencing the same issue.  If that corrects the problem then we will need to set up your router for port forwarding.  Let me know if you have any questions.
