I use Ekron's Blade when I feel the need to Dual Wield (which, since I'm MT is usually only on Palace trash). The power/life-tap proc is really nice. The last time Claw of Kahlen dropped for us was back before they changed the delay and I got it on my Brigand alt, so now it sucks as an off hand weapon for him with the new delay, but I'd love to have it on my main. Oh well 
I wish they'd throw in some nice warrior off hand weapons in TSO raids, but I don't anticipate that happening any time soon. Maybe in the new zones they're adding....
