The base recase time of Execute is 15 minutes. With AA it can be shortened to 10 minutes.
The AA that modifies Execute is a Predator AA which is also available to Rangers.
I mean, I assume so. Does it not work for ranged CAs or something?
Would you use Execute if it took 3.7 seconds to cast? That is nearly an eternity in combat.
