While you're around: as said above my account was re-activated by a TSR but none of the expansions on it. I updated the 'chat-ticket' with this error - is this enough or do I have to contact support again through mail/chat to get it fixed?
Did you purchase the TSO expansion on the same day you made your last subscription payment? That is the only thing I can think of that would cause that to happen. Please PM me with your station name(or call if you prefer) and I'll see if I can find out why it happened and fix it.
