You don't get them on the Anniversery because they can't add items into the game between Live Updates... and consitering it's only about a week from LU50 only those that started on Launchday would be getting them anyway.
Also there are 2 fireworks types one exlpodes in you hand in all directions, the other exlpodes in a circle again in your hand, this one looks like it Launches from your hand and then has multiple explosions in the sky... I think that is alot better and more ovious that you are a vet.
The other thing you got to remember is that the game is not 5 years old... so your not really a 5year vet you are a 4 year vet that has earned 5 year status, by buying expainsions... something everyone did, so if they gave titles and such out at the 4 year aniversery they would have think up a differant title and other cool stuff for the Real 5 Year vet reward(wich IMO is the one that the really cool stuff should come at)
Why are you splitting hairs? It is a reward regardless of how you want to count the time, so your constant picking at the count is meaningless.
Should people be happy with crappy rewards because you count the time differently? I don't think so, I think that GrunEQ has very valid concerns and that the rewards are in fact less than spectacular no matter how you count the time to get to them.
So you think the fireworks are better than a title? Oh please, who in their right mind goes around shooting off fireworks all the time? You use them occasionally, but a title shows at all times.
Who can even tell the difference between the fireworks, let alone know which one means what? Are you serious, no one is (ok MOST people are not) that obsessive.
So please stop minimizing other peoples comments and desires by trying to paint this as an unearned reward and simply something we should be grateful for having, we earned it one way or the other and it should be more fitting to the time involved to achieve it.
And the Vitality orb should refresh TS exp as well, I have never run out of adv vitality, but every one of my tradeskillers has been sat out for a week to regain vitality.
