IMHO, the forum changes are definitely a step forward in the right direction, however, the line I quoted is not moving forward as much as it could. I can see how it would help the team find what they need, but I don't see how it helps to increase communication especially with this stated in the post.We don't necessarily need a developer taking time out of his work to address all of the community concerns, but I think you would be hard pressed to find a customer not wanting that statement to read: "Not every post in a class forum will get a developer answer.
