If you have not done the quest lines in Feerrott, they should still be green. Also, now is the time to check all of those Lore and Legend quests (from the original release). If I remember correctly they max out at level 45, so finish them up, they have nice xp and aa. Check out the lower level HQ quests, even gray they give some nice XP and AA
