I only really know the answer to #1... The only other difference is that the short duration stun upon termination of charm will work against mobs of a higher level. So noting really earth-shattering, but I certainly wouldn't turn down a higher level master charm if I had the chance. SMILEY

I think I'm still using one from the 40's.
