As mentioned, just use the /loc and /waypoint systems. Don't try to nav via the compass...you'll lose your mind.

Ya its X, Z, YX and Y tells you the location, like if you where on a piece of graph paper.Z tell you the height of the location, and the majority of the time tend to be pointless.
