I can't speak for the art team but I personally would doubt they'll fix up minor bugs at this point since they're busy at work on the skeletal revamp which will presumably end up improving things like this anyway. Any egregiously awful issues like the screenshot above may be worth posting over in the
Look and Feel forum however.
