Bax was missing yesterday on Valor as well as the Frog near the tower in KP for the Epic earring (the one you have to follow to the chest). Heard a lot of tells for both of these NPCs.
My assumption is, all these NPCs are following you / run from their spot in the quest - what they dont do is return to their "starting" spot after they wandered off.
