If somebody doesn't like runspeed or evacs, then maybe they should try more even odds.  Just because somebody wants me to sit there and take it doesn't mean I should be forced to stand and fight waaaay uneven or unbalanced odds.  Those that expect that are usually the same ones that want a FFA server so they can gank greys all day long and feel uber. 

And for the record, yes, if I'm in a group and come across a solo or duo, you bet I'll try to get the jump on you.  I won't shed a tear if you get away, though.  That just means you avoidance-fu is strong.

hmm, you most likely evac'd after an attempted gank and it failed when you seen there were more than you bargained for, as do most scouts.  when you seen you didnt have an easy kill, evac ftw.

Sorry, but no.  You don't know me, and you apparently don't know about scouts or evac either.  You see, once you engage the enemy, evac is off the table.  Greyed out.  Non-viable.  Frikkin' dead.  The fact of the matter is that I was running through KP after turning in a quest near the coast, which happened to be smack in between two sokokar posts thus the long overland trek.  Tracking failed to update in a timely fashion (they entered range right after the update, and it only updates once a tick, every 6 seconds, and I move on a fast horse), so much for tracking being as powerful a tool as the non-scouts cry about.  I saw them before tracking did, imagine that.  Then they came after me.  You don't know me, you don't know scouts, and you probably don't know about PvP higher than T3, as do most scout haters, so you got your assumption all wrong.  But hey, thanks for trying your hand at forum PvP, here's a consolation cookie.  Have a nice day.
