The devs have already stated that factions are going to be important throughout Rok, we dont need anymore easy buttons. The Bellywhumpers are associated with Kurns tower which is speculated to be the next unrest dungeon. Having max ally faction may be key at some point to working within that instance. If you want to grind it out go for it +500 quest at a time and +25 per kill. If not, go work the other quest lines until it becomes apparent that bellywhumpers are needed.Kunzar jungle questlines are similar with the +500 repeats.As for bellywhumpers in particular, I have +50k in faction with them and there are still 2 NPCs that arent ready to deal with me / shrug
