There is a nice hate proccin' sword off the final boss in CoA that is almost equivalent to the Soulfire (minus the bloc).
There is a super nice 2Hander that is a little nicer than the Skorpikis (imo) off Marjora in Chelsith as well....and there is the Skorpikis.
I'm sure there is quite a few more that are fairly easy to obtain as well, though the block on soulfire is indeed still nice.
