Sorry for digging this thread out of the grave, but I'm trying to find a good build for my swashy. Right now I'm level 37 with 24 AA's. I already spent 10 AA's in the AGILITY line for the added agility and Walk the Plank. The reason for this seemed obvious to me at the time. Walk the plank allows me to turn the mob around for an extra backstab once it refreshes. This is how I start a solo fight. Invis,Ambuscade (for the 2.5 sec stun/knockdown) which allows me my unfriendly reminder and kidney blow off before the mob turns back around. By this time I'm well ahead of the fight which I then start my HO and finish it with Rakish Swathe followed by walk the plank and another kidney blow if unfriendly reminder refreshed. If the mobs are 1 arrow down they'll be dead beforehand, but if they're equal level or ^ then walk the plank really does come in handy.

I guess if u look at it, all the lines have its uses depending on how u want to play your character. Now, I was thinking of doing the strength line for the strength of course and torporous strike. I like the decreased recovery and casting time effect on it. This will even enhance my stunlock abilities even more while soloing..

Guess those two lines arent very popular since most people are choosing the Wis/Str line. Personally, I'd rather duel wield since I am a super secksie and flamboyant Swashy. It just wouldn't feel right having just one weapon in my hand. I'd feel all off balance and uncoordinated ^_^

Although, the stamina tree does look interesting. Fighting with a weap and shield and "pretending" to be a tank does sound appealing. But, how much will this decrease my overall dps while soloing? I understand it will increase my overall defence and mitigation, but will it also handicap my overall dps?

The int line looks like the weakest but it would be fun having FD. Its just a shame there isnt anything else in that line that sounds appealing. Boot dagger isnt a bad abilitiy, but we already have an attack that casts a "shrouding" or stealth effect. The only way I see this as a good ability is if the mobs cant attack you once your "shrouded"  Now, can anyone confirm if "boot dagger's" shroud effect does this or can the mobs and pc's in pvp still target you?

So, out of all 5 lines, Str and Agi sound the most appealing to me for soloing right now since I'm just level 37. But could anyone please enlighten me on what builds you chose and why?

Thanks!
