Currently Sacrificial Restoration crithealing is broken.

A number of ppl can confirm this on eq2flames, but I was wondering if anyone here could please check their logs, and post their results. Also if you have time, compare overall crithealing pre/post rok launch. Overall it looks like the percentage is WAY lowered, using same gear / spells. (All sacrificial xxx are broken, atleast on my char)
