The roamers repop so beware. There is book there which no one I know of has been able to open yet.You have to do the peacock line to get the NPC's to advance a non-existent quest. They each give you clues of find this person, find this thing kind of clues. Each "clue" seems to change the text of the next which are all previously visited NPC's during the peacock line so far. Frustrating thing is ending up at raiding the Godking, that is a time investment in farming the eyes and doing the raid to begin with. And so begins the next step.
what npc? and i will probably run nek 3 at 80, duo or trio, should be easy, ill also run peacock soon, i cant get some of the stuff to spawn for me /shrug
