Odus and Velious IMO are the two lead contenders for the next expansion. Personally, though I'd love to see Velious, we've been seeing more hints through the years for Odus so I suspect it will be next. From the lore we have in EQII to date, I would expect there to be a LARGE temple in Stonebrunt Mountains devoted to Quellithule; and if they aren't in by then; though Druzzil would be a good goddess to add then too. Oh and though it is post-EQII's launch time, Abysmal Sea (added with GoD) and the Barren Coast (added with TBS) are in EQLive; as is the Buried Sea which may be the Vasty Deep. No sign of the Grand Plateau however nor the Gulf of Urun.
