Neriak Teleporters will take you to Nek/TS docks for free, simply go to the end of the docks in Neriak and click the teleporters.That said, Transmuting is a very expensive tradeskill, even if you started at adventure level 1, you would need to turn off combat xp and farm for adepts etc to stand half a chance of being able to level transmuting at the same speed as your adventure level.
