They're up on the rocks off to your left (south) as you head down the ramp at the end of the docks. They're used for all the AQs, so they may be farmed out. They repop pretty quickly, so if there's none give them a minute or two and they'll start showing up. They're also small, mini versions of the plant-snakes in Feerrott, and may be hard to see.
