KoS (for just KoS tree) or EoF (for both) are required. Are you not getting achievement XP messages? Quests need to be level 10+ as well in order for you to gain them (and not all of them do, but most do). Disocvery I'm pretty sure all the location sin Greater Faydark give it so if you don't see the message, chances are maybe an expansion isn't registered in your account?
