The typical healer attitude then? 
When my Warden runs past someone who is soloing, and who's hp bar is yellow or lower, i stop and toss them a heal.
When a group in a contested zone, wipes close to me, i res their healer.
When a lonely corpse is close to me, i cast a res, and give them 10 sec to click the Accept-button.
When someone barely survived a train to some zone-in, i bring them back up to full hp.
Etc etc ...
Sadly, most people recently, seem to think typing "/tell Nashy ty 
" takes too much time
