Click on mailbox - your received mail window opens. Click on the send tab, type in character name, message and add goods or coin.
Message (and coin?) only costs 10c, sending any goods costs 50c.
PVE - send to anyone, PVP send to same faction (good or evil only)
20 - 30 minutes for delivery
