Exactly. Cause it's impossible to balance the classes. Every time it gets close to balanced...someone (usually Wizards, no offense to the happy Wizards - just the [Removed for Content]obsessed "must be #1 on every parse, group or raid" Wizards) whines that someone is more powerful than them, cites the obsolete DPS tiers, and demands SOE nerf some other class which, in turn, starts a massive war on the boards.
