Depending on how long the encounter takes you might try something different here. Start out with the circle. It has the longest timer and if you start with it you have a chance to use it a 2nd time. Then continue with Chilling Strike,Glacial and Plague. I use Cilling first to have it back up after Plague. If it s a non-critical encounter i start of with the debuff of posion/disease/cold/heat. If its more critical i first debuff dps and stam. Did you pick Ancestry to proc 3% more with your chest piece ?
