IMO best BEST Coercer duo team is Coercer Illy.... Hands down. It is just such a broken combonation that its sickening. Sure the pr regens dont over lap but who cares. A illy at 70 can lock a mob down for 23 seconds if you time your stuns right with the illy you can keep a mob permenantly stunned w/o the care for root. Throw time compression on the coercer to beef up their casting speed AND recast speed. Both can easily handle mezing. Both can have pets you charm illy's pet casts which also stuns and roots. Throw illusory arms on the coercer pet. Throw dps buff on coercer pet have the coercer pet be a tank. Heck could throw haste on it also. But just over all its an unfair combo if put together.
