My knowledge of German is very limited so forgive me for responding in English.
I don't think many players have reached the 50 macro limit, so we probably will not be increasing the maximum number of macros very soon. However, as Llewellin already mentioned, you can use /savehotkeys and /loadhotkeys to store your 120 hotkey icons in a separate data file. It will save the individual macro contents to the file, so when you attempt to do /loadhotkeys, the macros will still work even if they are no longer present in any of the 50 slots in the macro window. So, one option would be for you to organize your hotbars with certain categories of macros and then save them to a file. Then you can make new macros in the macro window, load them in the hotbars and save it as a separate file. Finally, you could even create macros that will use /loadhotkeys to load your favorites up quickly. This may not be as good as having more macro slots in the macro window, but using this idea you could technically make as many sets of 120 macros as you like. However, don't forget to make backup copies of your hotkey files. It would be terrible to lose them after so much work.
