That is incorrect Magus. I was just in there and he was aggro like no other. I have no quest for that place yet and I was the 1st one into the room and he one shotted me then walked into the hallway and one shotted the rest of my group for over 4000 points a pop. While we waited for our healer to come back we watched him do it to several other groups. He is aggro in blazine red glowing letters.
