No its not really. What the OP and the others are asking about is the NEW hats for Troubadour, Assassin, Defiler, and Bruiser.
The thread he linked has only the Bruiser helm and is a ongoing compliation of the current in LIVE class hats and those know about on test. What their asking about is the NEW in TEST class hats that will hopefully debut in LU27 that haven't been shown to the community by test players yet.

Correct! The Thread I have in the Graphics and Art area is just .. *mumbles* .. call it a "Master List" of all the Hats.
But, I am waiting for sneak peeks just like the rest of you!
