The ability to email a guild. As in I, the individual not affiliated, can send an email not to a specific character but to #guildname.Instead of it spamming the whole guild, have it show up in something like an officer email where those with proper permissions can check it. Have the permissions on it be read, recieve and delete and have a running record kind of like the bank that shows who the email was from and what was attached if anything(doesn't need to hold the text). This can go along way from just communications to guild gifts.Maybe even used by tradeskill guilds to revcieve orders or on PvP for players "contracts".
A displayed/non-displayed toggle on house items. Add a list similar to the selling list that names off everything in your house and it's displayed/non displayed status.Also be able to enter a placement mode from it. Such a list would allow easier modification of room look, inventory and lag reduction by allowing things like torches to be turned off.
In/out of combat regen rates displyed in persona window for power and health
Notes next to items for sale or have a sales blurb attached to the seller like 'all prices negotiable'.

Guild rewards,for those of us not interested in raiding.It would be nice to have group instances added to the reward lists in the vein of DOF instances and Nektropos.

(Farfetched)Multiple classes on a single character if possible. Not true multiclassing but the ability to switch classes completely. I.E. if you were a Necro and a Monk, you could go home and switch from one to the other.Or, to pick up a new class go to that class trainier and pick it up from level one. No access to the other class's skills since it would become a balancing nightmare.Same for tradeskillers.With the death of interdependency and subs, I'm not sure if there are balance issues. Maybe make it a Tradeskill AP.
Tradeskills:
Totems working like food in scaling.Really all crafted like ammo, potions and poisons as well.
Tradeskill instances getting their own own feel. Like the Stonestair one having tapestries of Odus or Greystone Yard having battle axes and sheilds hanging all about. And how about revisiting the idea of getting us out of the TS "dungeons".
Professional tradeskill gear. I'd love a chef's hat,a lab coat or hand saw.

More imbue recipes.Spell procing ammo. That's right, I want my exploding arrows and darts! Or Ice stuns! Something that adds more variety to the list. I also want some variety on imbues like mana or health regen. When I'm crafting/buying my gear I want variety. The imbue system was a great concept but in my opinion it's being severely underutilized.Let the appropriate classes modify dropped/quested gear(where reasonable of course). Heck, let carpenters imbue their furniture to give them varying glows.
Master crafts. A one time craft that makes the crafted piece one rank above it's normal quality IE-CHandcrafted->Treasured and Legendary->Fabled(though with t7 being the model it would be Treasured->Legendary even though the fabled or even mythical labels may be more fitting).
Ablity to scribe all recipies of a tier. IE a level 30 crafter is able to scribe all recipies 30-39. Let the crafter choose the risk they wish to take. This would be a great way to reduce the x9 or bust for imbued tradeskills.
Adventuring:
Training changed into skill line improvements instead of just Master 2 spells.I gave it a shot but it still feels too transient and non important.As a necro I'd say something like the chance to improve a stance like increasing the potentcy of the Defensive damage sheild/reducedskill penalties or, offensive proc/skill benefit increases. Improving Lifetaps damage/health ratio. Cast time reduction on a line. Maybe for Defiler's have choice that gives a ward a damage sheild component.
Non priest out of combt rez restored
The return of the old necro ghost illusion.
A toggle option between the old lich illusion and the new. For those of us that the illusion worked fine for, it was arguably the best illusion in game.
