Its because a Dev gave him all his equipment, Devs supported equipment and adornments to players that were beta testing Raids.They infact come from x4 Raid Zones in EOF, Named Mobs have chances of dropping a specific peice for ANY Class, so in order to get a Full Set it would take quite a bit of time.
