As far as Harkin's goes.... It seems that the need to have it will be a thing of the past as well. One of the major changes is the ability to stack same line debuffs if there are 2 of the same class.

I suppose that means you won't see the "....no effect" message when applying the same debuff as a same lvl assassin anymore.
